Proprietor - Jill Faloon 

I have had 35 years experience working in the care sector, in 2005 I relocated from the Isle of Man to Kirriemuir and I had a clear vision of what Home Care should look like. I founded Abbey Care Services in 2006 with my husband Mervyn Faloon and have spent the last 17 years dedicated to providing person centred care to many families in the Angus area. 

Manager - Annette Paterson

I have had 35 years experience in the care sector, this has included many roles within care from Home Care Assistant progressing to Management. I joined Abbey Care Services 18 years ago and worked in the home care office as a care coordinator and was promoted to Deputy Manager after about 5 years. I then went on to Manage our Residential Home - Abbey House in 2012. I am returning to the home care office to manage the domiciliary service at Abbey Care Services. I am committed to ensuring all service users receive person centred care and leading a dedicated team of carers. I like to work with an open door policy, this I hope will ensure I am available when needed by all service users and staff. Deputy Manager - Kellie Winstanley 

My name is Kellie, I'm 36 years old and have worked in the care sector for the last 20 years. I am devoted to ensuring that all service users receive the highest quality of care from our care staff and providing you with full support through the process of accessing care, which can be a daunting time for anyone. My role as the care coordinator for Abbey Care Services has me in the office Monday - Friday every week, where I develop your care plans and complete risk assessments for your care needs, and I create the weekly rotas that are sent out to all care staff and service users. Administrator - Kelsey Cummings 

I have worked for Abbey Care Services for 11 years, starting in the role as Care Coordinator. I have recently changed my job role to Administrator and now I am responsible for all of the businesses finances, supporting Management with staff employement and training, and work closely with our consultant Lesley Sinclair to ensure compliance throughout Abbey Care Services Policies and Procedures. Consultant - Lesley Sinclair 

Abbey Care Services are committed to providing the best service possible, in order to achieve that we have employed the services of an independent consultant. Part of Lesley's role is to ensure continuous improvement in the business, this also includes staff training and supporting Management where appropriate.
